About the Store
For years, clients in our art therapy programs have enjoyed exhibiting their work in various community settings, including galleries, churches, universities, and hospitals. In addition to these showings, many clients have expressed a strong desire to sell their artwork, both locally and nationally. They are excited to share their artistic talents with the greater community, earn supplemental income, and learn the vocational skills necessary to marketing themselves as professional artists.
Sale of Client Work and Client Confidentiality
Participating clients have chosen the sales price for each artistic piece, and will receive 100% of that price. ATI has added a small percentage to account for shipping, handling and overhead.
Clients always have the right to decide how much personal information they want to share with this online community. Some clients may choose to be anonymous, while others are excited to share their names, pictures, and personal stories with their buyers. First and foremost, ATI respects all client decisions regarding levels of confidentiality.

Payment is due upon purchase. All products remain Shop NCATI's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers conducted through Shop NCATI are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers’ own expense.
Shipping is provided by USPS. Shipping prices are reflected in the listed cost of the item. All products are in stock and ready for shipping unless otherwise noted on item description. Custom pieces take up to 14 days to complete. If your item is in stock, your package will be mailed within 3-5 days of receiving payment. Please note that once the package is shipped we are no longer in control of arrival times. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact your local post office. Please note that if you are an international buyer, shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Customs may open or hold your package without notice. There is nothing we can do about this as it just depends on how your customs office works. If upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact us right away.

Each piece is distinguished by unique characteristics such as slight variations in size and color due to the hand made process. Each item is one-of-a-kind. Some listings are for unique items that may vary slightly from the photograph. Shop NCATI reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Shop NCATI has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Shop NCATI shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
